Delete Your Mewdicate Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Mewdicate account and its associated cloud data by contacting Pham Quang Trung, the independent developer of Mewdicate. You do not need to provide your backup password, medication records, or other health information.
How to Submit a Request
- Send an email from the address associated with your Mewdicate account to phamcham.dev@gmail.com.
- Use the subject Mewdicate Account Deletion Request and state that you want the account and associated cloud data permanently deleted.
- We may reply to the associated email address to verify that you control the account. Do not send your password or health records.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your Mewdicate authentication account.
- Cloud backup files and backup metadata linked to that account.
- Other account-linked personal data controlled by Mewdicate.
After verification, we will process the request without undue delay and normally within 30 days. Once deletion is completed, encrypted backups cannot be restored by us.
What Is Not Automatically Deleted
- Local information remaining on your device. Delete the App or clear its data to remove active local records, subject to device backups you control.
- Purchase records maintained independently by Apple, Google, or a payment provider where they must retain them for billing, fraud prevention, tax, or legal purposes.
- Limited records that Mewdicate must retain to comply with law, resolve a dispute, or demonstrate that a valid deletion request was completed.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account or the App does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your store account to prevent future renewal charges.
